We are in the process of developing
a focused VIP list of loyal customers. Head Office hold a
central database of all VIP details, and from there we send
mail outs inviting these special customers to New Collection
launches, seasonal sale previews, PR events and Personal Shopping
evenings.
By targeting these core customers, we hope to encourage them
to return time and time again. We have introduced Personal
Shopping events for concessions, where our VIP customers can
view new collections in comfort. Our fashion teams work incredibly
hard to maintain that special relationship with each customer.

a beauty house with special offers and complimentary gifts
