How can I place an order?
You may place an order via the ordering process on our website at any time or by telephoning the Mail Order division during the following times on 01753 854 856:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

If you want to make an enquiry about an item, or place an order by telephone, outside of these times, you may do this by submitting the mail order form by clicking here. We will call you within 48 hours to confirm your details and order availability, and take payment for your order.

How do I contact Fenn Wright Manson if I have a query?

How do I subscribe to the Fenn Wright Manson newsletter? Simple! Click here to open an account, and tick the box 'Please keep me on your mailing list'. Our newsletter will keep you up to date with latest trends, new arrivals and promotions.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Please send an email to mailorder@fennwrightmanson.com with your name and address and we will send the log in details to the email registered under that account.

How do I know what size I am?

How can I pay for my order?
If you are ordering goods via the Site, you can pay by any major debit or credit card. You may also pay via your PayPal account. You can set up a PayPal account via the Site by clicking on the Paypal payment option. This will then take you directly to the PayPal website.
If you are ordering goods by Mail Order over the telephone, you can pay using any form of credit/debit card or American Express.

How much do I have to pay for postage & packing?
The delivery charge, which includes all postage & packing, is 4.95 GBP for the UK, £8.95 for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, £20 for Europe, Channel Islands and £29.50 for the Rest of the World and is payable for any items delivered to you.

How do I know you have received my order?
Every customer who makes an order will receive an e-mail acknowledging their order has been received. This is not confirmation that the items have been dispatched.

When will I be charged for my order?
If you place your order via the website you will be charged once you enter your card details. If you place your order via Mail Order you will be charged at the point of order. You will receive a delivery note and invoice with your order.

What happens if you deliver when I am not in?
Deliveries will be made using UPS. They will leave a card to say they have tried to deliver, but have been unsuccessful. You can then call them to re-arrange at a convenient time within the following seven days. Any purchases not delivered within seven days, will be sent back to us.

How do I return an unwanted item?
You may return an unwanted item within 14 days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods by calling our mail order line 01753 854 856 or e-mailing us at mailorder@fennwrightmanson.com. You will then be issued with a returns number, to be inserted on the returns form enclosed in your purchase. You should return your unwanted item either in or with its original packaging, to us at the following address:

Please fill out the returns form enclosed in your purchase and include this with the item that you are returning.

Will I be charged for returning an item?
When you return an item that is unwanted but unused and in saleable condition, the cost of that garment shall be refunded to you. This refund will be returned to your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item to us. Where you request a substitute item instead of a refund, you will be charged for delivery of the substitute item.

How do I return a faulty?
If your item is faulty please call our Mail Order line 01753 854 856 or e-mail us at mailorder@fennwrightmanson.com. Please fill out the returns form enclosed in your purchase and include this, together with the original packaging, with the item that you are returning. You may then return the item back to us at the above address.

Will I be charged for returning faulty items?
When you return a faulty item to us, the cost of that garment together with postage and packing charged for delivering that item shall be refunded to you. There will be no charge for returning items that are faulty. Alternatively, you can return the faulty item and request a substitute item instead of a refund. We will deliver the substitute item to you free of charge.

Can I use Gift Vouchers on-line?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
